Used this company for our home inspection prior to purchase… Highly recommend them they were very professional never pushy but very informative they gave me the option of different types of services but never made me feel pressured. I decided to upgrade to include the water testing and I’m very happy that I did because after the home inspection I received an email from the lender saying that the water testing was necessary. In addition to that, he was courteous knowledgeable, and on time. The price was very good for the services we received.
